Accounting & Taxation Services
March Consulting is a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants with experience in a range of businesses from individuals and the self-employed to small and medium sized limited companies.
We have experience in operational roles in business, as well as purely accounting and taxation, and are able to understand our clients' businesses to ensure the support and advice we provide is tailored to their needs. As a result we are often asked to provide a broader financial management level of support on an interim or ad-hoc basis. We also periodically provide finance process and control improvement plans as well as independent testing of the financial controls in place.
We are based in Suffolk, and offer our accountancy services throughout the surrounding area. We will meet with you as often as required either in our office or at a location to suit you.
Meet the Team
The March Accounting team are based in two offices in Hitcham and Stowmarket, and are complimented by other associates within the local area.
Having worked for a number of years in senior financial management roles within companies of varying sizes in the electronics, building and telecommunications sectors I formed March Consulting (East Anglia) Limited in 2004 offering accounting, taxation and general financial management services. I provide both professional qualifications and business experience to the varied work and projects that we are asked to undertake. We pride ourselves in taking a professional, tailored approach to all our clients of whatever size and nature from individuals, self employed, partnerships, charities or limited companies.
Having worked in the accounting function of various large insurance companies for a number of years, I decided in 2006 to work with smaller companies and sole traders on a more personal level to deliver all aspects of bookkeeping, payroll and accountancy.
Having joined March Consulting in 2014, it is rewarding to work with such a variety of clients and understand the challenges that businesses face whilst providing them with the service and support that is specifically required.
Jane Davis
Andrea Mooney
Jane joined the March Consulting team in 2017 and is based at our Stowmarket office. Having a number of years experience in the financial services industry, she has also completed the A.A.T qualification. Jane provides bookkeeping services to clients from a range of business sectors making use of Quickbooks, SAGE and Xero accounting software.
Andrea joined the March Consulting team in Spring 2019 and is also based within our Stowmarket office. Andrea brings experience from working in the charitable and public sectors, Human Resources and provides support with payroll for several clients.
